Sound Bath (by donation)

Join Mike Hunter on Sunday, June 7 at 3pm for a sound bath at the library. Donations are accepted.Tea will be served after at the end. Please reserve a space below. Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle. The library will have some yoga mats on hand if you do not have one.
About Sound Baths: This calming session uses the gentle vibrations of crystal sound bowls, chimes to help your body and mind unwind naturally. Whether you’re needing a break from everyday stress, are looking to reset your energy, or just want to try something new, this experience leaves you feeling calm, refreshed, and deeply rejuvenated.

About Mike Hunter: Mike is a multi-talented wellness and adventure guide with a passion for holistic healing and helping others reconnect with themselves and nature. As a kayak tour guide, he leads people through peaceful waterways, encouraging mindfulness and appreciation for the outdoors. Mike recently expanded into sound bowl healing, exploring the benefits of vibration and sound for relaxation, balance, and restoration.
