Restorative Qigong: Two Month Series (September & October)

Join us on Fridays at 10am during the months of September and October to practice Qigong with other community members.
Learn subtle movements to observe and invigorate body, mind, and spirit! Practicing Qigong improves strength and balance while lowering tension and anxiety.
Facilitator: Chris Van Schaack began enjoying Qigong in 2015 under the guidance of Jace Knox, a Portland based instructor of the North American Tang Shou Tao. As a certified Laughter Yoga and Laughter Wellness Teacher, Chris enjoys cultivating a light-hearted atmosphere, focusing on a connective journey rather than a destination.
Free and open to the public.
