Redfish Music Festival Student and Faculty Concert

Students and faculty of the Redfish Music Festival will perform a free concert of classical music for strings on Thursday, July 30 at 7pm at Curry Public Library in Gold Beach. The performance will feature performances by the Fellowship Young Artists.  Repertoire for the concert will include:

Mozart Quartet in B flat major, KV 589 – Astrodon Quartet
Maurice Ravel, String Quartet in F Major – II. Assez vif. Très rhythmé
Schubert, String Quartet No. 14 in D minor, D810 (Death and the Maiden) Movement 1 only -Four Corners Quartet
The program will end with:
Tchaikovsky Serenade for Strings, Elegy: Larghette elegiaco — Festival Participants and Faculty
Wijeratne, “Two Pop songs on Antique Poems

The Redfish Music Festival takes place from July 24-Aug 2 and presents events in several coastal cities including North Bend, Bandon, Langlois, Port Orford, Brookings, and Crescent City, California.
