Introduction to Yoga-Asana with Vanessa

Introduction to Yoga-asana is a free class for the complete beginner. Join us if you are curious about yoga and want to get your learning journey off to a strong start. Asana means “pose,” “posture,” or “seat of awareness.” It is the aspect of yoga with which we are generally most familiar. Countless people have found greater ease and health in their bodies through this systematic practice. In this introductory class, you’ll learn the essentials of safe and effective Yoga-asana. Sticky mats will be available to borrow, or bring your own if you already have one. Please wear clothes that allow freedom of movement.
